It was the Save As menu item that I was using - sorry about the confusion.

Good point Ken.

Raised as https://bugs.lamsfoundation.org/browse/LDEV-1072.

Can't promise it will get done for 2.0 but if it misses that, we'll try to get it done for the next release.
