You need to have SSH access to the server, unfortunately.

Now SSH service is active for my server and I have the data to access it , what is the folowing step ??

There are instructions on how to install LAMS on linux in the download page:

However, if you don't have experience in unix, it would be better that you get someone to help you out here or email me directly.
