I had a look at Quia.com and it doesn't seem that they provide an easy embed way to achieve what you want.

However, here's what you can do to add one of your Quia activities within LAMS.

Use a LAMS Noticeboard activity in Author, when you are editing this activity, click on the Source button and add an iframe with the URL from your Quia activity like this:

You can click on the "Preview" button in the HTML online editor to see if you need to modify the height and width of this to make if better fit the screen.

Once you are happy, save the Noticeboard and your sequence.

Now when the students get to this activity in your LAMS lesson, they should see something like this:
