Keynote Presentations for LAMS Conference

I'm delighted to announce that Professor Peter Goodyear from the University of Sydney and Tim Danes from World Vision International will be our Keynote speakers at the LAMS conference.

Peter will speak on "A conceptual toolkit for surveying the learning design landscape", building on the excellent work of his Laureate Fellowship and related research in Learning Design and Patterns.

Tim will speak on the implementation of LAMS within World Vision International, including innovative ideas for re-use and adaptation of learning content with LAMS sequences.

And I'll provide a closing Keynote about new ideas for Learning Design called the "Larnaca Declaration" arising from recent a meeting of experts in Cyrpus.

LessonLAMS Pro ready for testing

Ernie and the LAMS technical team have now implemented an option for LessonLAMS that allows for more than 30 student users (90 or 250) for a modest fee. We are still in the testing phase, so if you are an active LAMS community participant or translator and would like to trial this, please contact Ernie (ernie.ghiglione@mq.edu.au) for details.

Paper on adoption of LAMS in Greece

Spyros Papadakis and colleagues in Greece have published an excellent research paper about reactions to the adoption of LAMS - to view this, please see:
