Welcome to the LAMS Community!

Today marks the first full day of the LAMS Community, the new global website for discussing the use of LAMS and sharing LAMS sequences. We hope you'll find it useful, and that you will become involved by discussing topical issues in the forums and by contributing sequences to the repository.

We will have our official launch next Friday (30th September), but after considerable development work by the LAMS team and a period of testing (thanks to all who helped!) we're hit the "go live" button. What happens next is up to you - the success of the LAMS Community depends on the good will of all users to contribute ideas, experiences, questions and comments in a spirit of encouragement and collaboration.

In future newsletters we'll provide the latest news on using the LAMS software and the LAMS Community, so stay tuned!
